Cary Luu is an experienced product and customer success manager with a strong background in driving product adoption and enhancing user experiences across various organizations. Beginning as a Customer Success Specialist at BrightEdge, Cary quickly advanced to an account management role and achieved exceptional customer feedback ratings. At ClearSlide, Inc., Cary managed and scaled the Customer Success team significantly while also refining product trial experiences as a Product Manager. In subsequent roles at Upwork and Meta, Cary led agile teams to improve search functionalities and user onboarding, resulting in notable growth metrics and recognition for contributions to community-focused initiatives.
