Casey Capachi has extensive experience in content design and user experience research, primarily within major tech companies such as Facebook, Instagram, and CNN. From July 2016 to May 2019, Casey worked at Facebook as a Content Designer for Facebook Live, Facebook Watch, and Publisher Tools, focusing on product content creation and interactive video experiences. Following this, roles at Instagram from December 2021 to April 2023 included user experience researcher and UX research lead, concentrating on user feedback and research methodologies for products like Instagram Stories and Avatars. In addition to content roles, Casey has a background in video production at CNN and The Washington Post, and holds advanced degrees in Journalism and a double major in Communication and Global Studies from the University of California, Santa Barbara, along with studies in Mandarin and Political Science at international institutions. Currently, Casey serves as a UX Researcher for Meta's Reality Labs, leading research focused on AI Glasses.
