Catherine Allen

Catherine Allen is a highly regarded expert in immersive and emerging technologies, currently serving as an Immersive Arts Advisory Board Member at the University of the West of England and as a Reality Labs Advisory Council Member at Meta. As the Cofounder and CEO of Limina Immersive, Catherine leads initiatives that enable organizations to harness immersive technology responsibly. Previous experience includes roles at Touch Press Inc. as Head of Marketing and iOS App Product Manager, and as a Producer at the BBC for groundbreaking VR projects. Catherine co-founded Ember Television and directed Branch Media, which focused on making academic content accessible. Additionally, Catherine has served as a mentor for VR, AR, and MR startups under Seedcamp and was a board member for the Encounters Short Film and Animation Festival. Catherine holds a 1st degree in Theatre and Performance Studies and has been awarded an Hon. Doctor of Letters by the University of Warwick.
