Changhao Wang

Changhao Wang is a skilled researcher with expertise in robotics and mechanical engineering. Wang completed a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and obtained a PhD in Mechanical Engineering, focusing on Robotics and Controls, from the University of California, Berkeley. Wang has held positions such as Research Intern at Honda Research Institute USA, Inc., where deep reinforcement learning and model-based methods for dexterous manipulation were explored. Currently, Wang is a Research Engineer at Meta's Fundamental AI Research (FAIR), concentrating on robotics manipulation and embodied intelligence. Previous experience includes serving as an AI Resident and Robotics Summer Intern at Everyday Robots, where work involved compliant robot control, contact-rich manipulation, and distributed robot trajectory planning.
