Chao Han

Chao Han, Ph.D., serves as the Manager of Camera System Engineering at Meta since February 2019. Previously, Chao held the position of Camera Module Design Lead at Apple from March 2015 to January 2019. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the California Institute of Technology (2010-2015), a Master’s Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from Tsinghua University (2007-2010), a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the California Institute of Technology (2010-2012), a Bachelor's Degree in Micro-Electro-Mechanical Systems Engineering from Tsinghua University (2005-2007), and a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Tsinghua University (2003-2005).
