Chaz Z. is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in software engineering and management. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Creatify AI since August 2023, Chaz previously held positions as a Senior Software Engineer at Airbnb from July 2017 to September 2019, where notable achievements included leading a machine learning-powered cancellation prediction project that reduced cancellation rates by approximately 19% and contributing to the internationalization of cancellation policies. Prior experience also includes roles as a Software Engineer at EquityZen and Beijing Jiaotong University, as well as a current position as Software Engineering Manager at Meta, overseeing the Modern Recommendation System Delivery Platform supporting major recommendation products. Chaz holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from New York University - Polytechnic School of Engineering, earned between 2013 and 2015.
