Chekit Mehta has extensive experience in software engineering, technical program management, and imaging technology. Chekit began a career at Motorola Mobility as a Senior Software Engineer in mobile application feature and test development from December 2005 to July 2010. Following this, Chekit held the position of Principal Staff at Google from August 2010 to December 2013, focusing on product development, hardware/software integration, and project management. Afterward, Chekit served as Senior Manager and Head of Imaging Algorithm Integration at Lenovo from January 2014 to October 2021, overseeing camera product development and image signal processing. Currently, Chekit is involved in photographic imaging cameras and image quality as part of the technical program management team at Meta since April 2022. Chekit's educational background includes multiple degrees from Northwestern University in Project and Process Management, Data Science, and Artificial Intelligence, as well as a Bachelor of Engineering in Information Science and Engineering from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
