Chen Fan has extensive experience in software development and engineering management, beginning with a role as System Engineer at Lucent Technologies from September 2003 to June 2006. Chen Fan later served as CTO at Star Valley Tech Inc. from June 2006 to May 2012, where a large-scale mobile video surveillance system was developed. Following this, Chen Fan held the position of Software Dev Manager at Amazon from September 2014 to March 2019, leading teams to create systems for long-term business growth forecasting and fulfillment center capacity management. Chen Fan transitioned to Google as Software Engineering Manager from May 2019 to December 2021, and currently works as Engineering Manager at Meta since November 2021, supporting a team on Google's contact center platform. Education includes a PhD in Multimedia Communication from Tsinghua University and a BS in Information Communication from Xi'an Jiaotong University.
