Chen-Hsiang Lao is a seasoned thermal design engineer with extensive experience in the semiconductor and technology industries. Chen-Hsiang held the position of Senior Systems Thermal Design Engineer at AMD from August 2022 to May 2023, followed by roles as a Thermal Engineer at Google from May 2023 to January 2025 and as a Thermal Design Engineer at Meta starting in February 2025. Prior to these positions, Chen-Hsiang served as both a Packaging Thermal Engineer and Senior Packaging Thermal Engineer at TSMC from November 2017 to June 2022. Chen-Hsiang earned a Master’s degree from National Taiwan University between 2015 and 2017, after completing a Bachelor's degree at National Cheng Kung University from 2011 to 2015.
