Chen Jiang

Chen Jiang has a robust background in information technology, with experience as an IT Specialist for Virginia Tech, where responsibilities included maintaining over 120 computers within the Human Resources department. An Information Technology Intern at Google, Chen supported and scaled internal technology while also serving as an IT Resident, providing essential user support and collaborating with various teams. Currently, as an Enterprise Support Tech at Meta, Chen leads macOS platform support, focusing on escalations and standardizing operations while delivering high-quality customer service. Additionally, Chen has a creative side, having worked as a photographer for the Collegiate Times during university studies at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, where a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology was earned.
