Chen Lee

Chen Lee, P.E. has extensive experience in civil engineering and project management, beginning as a Civil Department Intern at AECOM, where responsibilities included project documentation and measurements for restoration efforts. Subsequent internships focused on stormwater management and highway design at Gannett Fleming. Chen Lee progressed to various roles at ExxonMobil from 2014 to 2017, including Business Services Coordinator and Senior Contracts Engineer. Currently, as Lead Contracts Manager in Engineering & Design at Meta since March 2022, Chen Lee leads a team to manage engineering contracts for global data center initiatives, implementing process improvements and negotiating contract terms. Chen Lee holds a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Business and Engineering, a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering from Lehigh University, and a Master’s in Engineering Management and Leadership from Purdue University, complemented by a certificate in Global Management from Thunderbird School of Global Management.
