Chen Qian

Chen Qian is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in both application development and user interface design. Qian's career includes significant roles at Meta, where contributions involved TV casting technologies and the Horizon Worlds Experience, and at Amazon, where work focused on the development of features for the Fire Phone and Kindle devices. Early experience includes a marketing leadership position at Global China Connection, as well as internships and research roles at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Microsoft, where Qian contributed to the design and functionality of Xbox applications. Chen Qian holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and further studied Computer Science at the University of Nottingham.
