Chen Xing

Chen Xing is a Research Scientist at Meta, specializing in Eval and Alignment within the Meta Superintelligence Lab since August 2025. Prior to this, Chen held the position of Senior Research Scientist and Strategic Partnership Lead at Scale AI, overseeing the Off-the-Shelf frontier data product starting in April 2024. Chen's earlier experience includes a Senior Research Scientist role at Salesforce, focusing on LLM training and multi-modality research, with notable contributions to various high-profile conferences. Chen began a career in research through internships at leading organizations including Google, ServiceNow AI Research, Mila, and Microsoft. Chen earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Computer Science with a focus on Deep Learning from Nankai University, where an undergraduate degree in Computer Science was also obtained.
