Cherie Wu is a data scientist with a robust background in anomaly detection and data analysis, having worked across notable organizations such as Inspur Group, Microsoft, Expedia Group, and Meta. At Inspur Group, Cherie led a significant project focused on real-time alerts for node-down issues in distributed databases and applied Generative Adversarial Networks to address data imbalance in medical image classification. Cherie's academic foundation includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Purdue University and a Master's degree in Biostatistics from the University of Washington, complemented by analytical experience from a master's thesis project analyzing accelerometry data within the Women’s Health Initiative.
