Christen Yaffe

Christen Yaffe has a diverse background in business planning, operations, and strategy, currently serving as a Strategy Manager at Meta since January 2021. Prior to this role, Christen worked at Facebook in Business Planning & Operations from October 2019 to January 2021, and was an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company from September 2015 to October 2019. Christen also held the position of Chief of Staff in the Office of Assessment at the NYC Department of Education from October 2009 to July 2012, and served as a Project Manager at Student Achievement Partners from January 2012 to August 2013. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, achieved from 2013 to 2015, and a BA in Public Policy Studies from Duke University, completed in 2009. Prior experience includes a brief tenure as a Summer Associate at The Parthenon Group in June 2008.
