Christopher Hope

Christopher Hope possesses extensive experience in the field of mechanical engineering and nuclear power operations. Serving as a Mechanical Crew Leading Supervisor/Instructor for the US Navy from April 2013 to April 2017, Christopher provided training on the design and operation of Navy nuclear reactors and power plants. Following that, roles included Nuclear Machinist Mate at Norfolk Naval Shipyard and Engineering Technician at Basic Engineering Concepts & Technologies, Inc., where responsibilities encompassed supporting the Surface Maintenance Engineering Planning Program. Currently, as a Mechanical Subject Matter Expert at Meta since March 2021, Christopher serves as the primary onsite technical resource, focusing on mechanical infrastructure systems and emphasizing risk assessment and mitigation in mechanical operations. Christopher is a graduate of Nuclear Power School at Naval Nuclear Power Training Command and holds a high school diploma from Del City High School.
