Christopher Patton is an experienced professional in People Analytics, having held positions at Google from April 2016 to May 2020 and currently at Meta as a People Analytics Manager since August 2021. Christopher also served as an Adjunct Professor at Santa Clara University, teaching courses in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Statistical Data Analysis from September 2017 to March 2018, and continues in this role at The University of Texas at Austin, instructing in People Analytics since Fall 2019.
