Chundian Li is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Starting as an Engineering Intern at Kunlun AI in early 2016, Chundian progressed to a Senior Software Engineer role at Facebook from September 2020 to July 2023, where responsibilities included leading the Notification Recommendation Infrastructure and contributing to privacy-aware infrastructure. Currently at Meta since August 2023, Chundian continues to leverage expertise in software engineering. Academically, Chundian holds a PhD in Distributed Computing and Micro Architecture from the University of Chinese Academy of Sciences and has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Software Engineering from Wuhan University, complemented by a visiting scholar experience at the Illinois Institute of Technology.
