Ciera Fleming, CPTM, possesses a diverse background in training program management and educational support. Ciera began with a Summer Philanthropy Internship at Pali Momi Medical Center, contributing to major events with significant community involvement. Ciera advanced to roles at YouTube, managing scalable training programs for the NFL Sunday Ticket launch and leading onboarding initiatives for YouTube TV and YouTube Music. Ciera's experience includes developing targeted training for customer support as a Senior Product Support Manager. Ciera also served as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Malaysia, where innovative curriculum development was a focus. Further roles at Google involved strategy and training leadership for Google Ads. Currently, Ciera is the Knowledge Management Program Manager at Meta, overseeing the management of knowledge content standards. Ciera holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Behavior Studies from Pitzer College.
