Clara Koh

Clara Koh has a diverse background in public policy and international relations, currently serving as the Head of Public Policy for Singapore, Malaysia, and International Institutions at Meta since June 2019. Prior experience includes roles as Associate at Brunswick Group and Country Director at Vriens & Partners, where responsibilities focused on government affairs and political risk analysis. Clara also held significant positions at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Singapore, including First Secretary (Political) at the Embassy in Washington, DC, and Country Officer for Southeast Asia. Educational achievements include a Master’s Degree in Hermeneutics from Harvard University, a Bachelor’s Degree in Biochemistry and Religion and Politics from Colby College, and an International Baccalaureate from the United World College of the Pacific. Additionally, Clara completed a Research and Development internship at UN Women.
