Clayton Cullimore

Clayton Cullimore has extensive experience in indirect tax, currently serving as the Director of Indirect Tax at Meta since November 2024. Previously, Clayton was the Senior Director of Indirect Tax at Splunk from October 2020 to November 2024 and held several titles, including Senior Manager, Global Indirect Tax, and Director, Global Indirect Tax at Groupon from September 2016 to March 2018. Earlier in the career, Clayton worked at Andersen as a Manager in State and Local Tax and served as a Tax Manager at Dynatronics. Responsibilities have included managing global indirect tax operations, overseeing compliance for various tax types, conducting technical research, audit defense, M&A due diligence, and managing tax credits and incentives.
