From June 2011 to May 2014, Cole served as Head of Engineering at IntelliPayment, leading product initiatives and engineering for a B2B automotive financial services provider. At Jet, from June 2017 to June 2019, Cole held multiple roles, including Associate Director of Engineering for Jet/WalmartLabs, managing various automation and operational systems, along with being a senior engineer and tech lead for shopping journey applications. Following this, Cole worked at Walmart Global Tech as Associate Director of Engineering for Customer Care AI & Automation, founding a self-service engineering organization and launching AI-powered customer service solutions. Currently, Cole serves as Engineering Manager for AI Infrastructure at Meta, focusing on scalable cloud solutions for AI research. Cole's educational background includes an AB in Astrophysics from Harvard University, completed in 2010.
