Colin Graham has extensive experience in international compensation and benefits, currently serving as Vice President of International Compensation & Benefits at Meta since June 2010, following roles as Director and Manager in the same field. Previously, Colin held the position of Head of HR Group Customer Operations at Bank of Ireland from January 2008 to May 2010. Prior to that, an extensive tenure at Microsoft from October 2000 to December 2007 included various roles related to HR management and compensation across Ireland and Northern Europe.
