Cristian D. is a highly experienced professional in the field of immersive media, currently serving as a Creative Technical Lead at Meta since July 2022. Cristian has a strong background in education, having held positions as an Associate Professor at U-tad and IED Istituto Europeo di Design, where instruction focused on 360 video production and advanced technologies. As a co-founder of multiple ventures, including Reddefiesta and Virtual Voyagers, Cristian has significantly contributed to the development of VR/AR services and nightclub marketing. Additional roles include Audience Marketing Manager at Pacha Group, Director of Technology at Supersphere and Perception Hub, and business development efforts related to VR at The App Date. Cristian actively participates in the Emerging Media Programming Peer Group at the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences, aiming to enhance standards in emerging media forms. Educational achievements include a Master’s in Director of Photography and a Master Community Manager from Universidad Complutense de Madrid.
