Damon Rickard is a seasoned data professional with a strong background in engineering and analytics. Starting as an Engineering Intern at Alpha Technologies, Damon focused on automation projects. Following this, an Engineering Analytics Internship at T-Mobile marked the beginning of a career trajectory that included promotions to Associate Data Scientist and later Data Scientist, where Damon excelled in driving value from crowd-sourced data and leading collaborative tool development focused on geo-spatial analysis. At Amazon Web Services, Damon served as a Software Engineer II, designing applications for a centralized data platform and automating workloads. Currently, as a Data Engineer at Meta, and previously a Founding Engineer at Burst, Damon continues to leverage expertise in data engineering and software development, underpinned by a Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and Engineering from Western Washington University.
