Dan Chiang

Dan Chiang, Ph.D., is the Director of Technology Reliability at Meta Reality Labs, where they manage teams focused on developing and assessing the reliability of innovative AR/VR hardware technologies. Previously, Dan held leadership roles at Amazon, including Senior Manager for Test and Reliability in Prime Air, and they contributed to hardware reliability and compliance for Amazon Go. Their earlier experience at Intel saw them managing quality and reliability groups and overseeing key semiconductor packaging technology developments. Dan earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
