Dan Klopp

Dan Klopp is a production engineer at Meta since June 2020, focusing on cloud and endpoint security across Meta's infrastructure. Previously, Dan served as a senior engineering manager for platform and DevOps at NIO, creating cloud platforms for autonomous driving. Dan's experience includes a role as a staff software engineer at Infoblox, leading continuous delivery and cloud infrastructure for SaaS offerings, and as a senior DevOps architect at Taos, where Dan implemented cloud automation and led training initiatives. Earlier positions include cloud automation engineering, site reliability engineering, and system administration roles, showcasing a diverse background in cloud technology, automation, and system management. Dan holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Virginia and an A.S. in Engineering from Piedmont Virginia Community College.
