Daniel Lee has a strong background in both research and software engineering, with experience spanning several prestigious institutions. At Massachusetts General Hospital, Daniel worked as a Research Assistant focusing on embryonic growth simulations. Following this, a role as a Bioinformatics Intern at Icahn School of Medicine involved developing a scalable Hi-C pipeline to explore addiction-linked chromatin architecture. Additional research roles included conducting studies on FSH-blocking antibodies at Mone Zaidi Laboratory and involvement in entropy-based LLM hallucination detection at Stanford University Department of Computer Science. Currently, Daniel serves as an Undergraduate Student Researcher at Stanford Artificial Intelligence Laboratory and will begin a Software Engineering position at Meta in Summer 2026.
