Daniel Lee, P.E. is a seasoned engineering professional with a strong background in HVAC and data center design. Starting as an Associate HVAC Design Engineer at Environmental Systems Design, Inc. from August 2003 to April 2007, Daniel then progressed to Glumac, holding a similar role until April 2010. At Meta, Daniel initially served as a Mechanical Engineer focusing on data center design from April 2010 to June 2015, before advancing to Regional Manager and ultimately becoming the Global Director of Data Center Design in January 2018. Daniel was instrumental as the first HVAC Mechanical Engineer on the inaugural Facebook greenfield data center project in Prineville, OR, achieving management status within five years of joining. Daniel holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Michigan, obtained in 2003.
