Daniel Moore

Daniel Moore is an accomplished data and applied scientist with extensive experience in the technology sector, notably at Microsoft, where responsibilities included statistical analysis and team management for the XBox division, leading to advancements in reliability and product planning. As Director of Hardware Analytics and Data Science, efforts were focused on fostering a data-driven culture and optimizing product performance through machine learning and data analytics. Prior to Microsoft, Daniel held significant roles at IBM, Cree, Inc., and served as a teaching assistant and research assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, emphasizing expertise in materials science and engineering. Daniel earned a Ph.D. in Materials Science & Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Physics, Mathematics, and Political Science from the University of Chicago.
