Daniel Neally, CIPP/US, JD, possesses extensive experience in privacy and information governance across various roles. As a Policy Research Intern at The Future of Privacy Forum, Daniel conducted legal research on 5G technology, copyright licenses, and the EU-US Privacy Shield, also producing articles and policy briefs on these topics. At KPMG US, Daniel advanced from Associate to Senior Associate in Cyber Security Services - Privacy, focusing on improving clients' privacy programs by integrating industry standards and regulatory frameworks. Daniel provided legal advice at the Innovation Advancement Clinic, conducted legal research as a Law Clerk at LEGALFORCE RAPC WORLDWIDE, and served as a Teaching Assistant in law courses at Arizona State University. Currently, as a Program Manager at Meta, Daniel supports the development of a comprehensive employment and privacy risk management framework. Daniel holds a JD from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law and a degree in Philosophy from the University of California, San Diego.
