Danielle Weader, PE, holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Environmental Engineering from the University of Delaware, awarded in 2015. Starting as a Water/Wastewater Engineering Intern at Whitman, Requardt and Associates, LLP from August 2015 to November 2016, Danielle advanced to the role of Water/Wastewater Engineer. Following this, a position as an Environmental Engineer focusing on Climate Risk was held at Arcadis from November 2016 to July 2019. Danielle served as an Air Regulatory Advisor at ExxonMobil from July 2019 to September 2021 before joining EY to work in Climate Change and Sustainability Services until November 2024. Currently, Danielle is the Net Zero Program Manager at Meta, a role assumed in December 2024.
