Dara Mullen

Dara Mullen is a seasoned HR and operations leader with extensive experience spanning over three decades in various high-level roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Director of HR, CAT Global at CAE since April 2023, Dara previously held the position of Director, Global Talent, People & HR Services at CAE Parc Aviation from April 2019 to April 2023. Prior to that, Dara was COO of Ergo Managed Services, overseeing operations and delivery of Microsoft technology services. Earlier roles include Director of People and Talent at I.T. Alliance Group and Director of Operations and HR at Auxilion. Dara also held VP positions in Global Technical and Customer Support at both Critical Path and ISOCOR. Educational qualifications include a B.Ag. Sc from University College Dublin, HR Strategy from London Business School, and a National Certificate in Agriculture from Gurteen Agricultural College.
