Darrell Newman

Darrell Newman has extensive experience in engineering and facilities management, having held various roles across multiple companies. At National Packaging Co Inc, Darrell served as a Manufacturing Engineer from January 2017 to January 2019. Previously, at Special Metals, Darrell was a Maintenance Supervisor from 1994 to 1997, and at Toyota North America, Darrell held several positions including Production Engineering Assistant Manager, Production Maintenance Group Leader, and Production Engineer from 2000 to 2003. From 2005 until September 2016, Darrell was the President of Newmac, LLC, and then served as Facilities Manager at HudsonAlpha Institute for Biotechnology from January 2019 to September 2021. Following this, Darrell worked as Director of Maintenance at Wolverine Industries from September 2021 to March 2022, and as Maintenance Manager at Kömmerling USA from March 2022 to November 2022. Currently, Darrell is the Critical Facilities Manager at Meta, beginning in November 2022. Darrell holds an Associate of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, where studies were completed from 1989 to 1991.
