Darsol Seok

Darsol Seok is a research scientist intern at Meta and a graduate research fellow at the University of California, Los Angeles, specializing in the detection, prediction, and treatment of mental and behavioral health conditions through data analysis from smartphones and wearable devices. Previously, Darsol served as an engineering intern at Apple, developing mental health-related features by integrating psychology, computer science, and statistics. Darsol's experience also includes working as a data analyst at the University of Pennsylvania, where neuroimaging and machine learning were employed to study depression and anxiety, and as an undergraduate research assistant focused on decision-making processes. Darsol holds a Bachelor of Arts in Neuroscience from the University of Pennsylvania and is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Neuroscience at UCLA.
