Dave Bort has extensive experience in software engineering, beginning with a degree in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology. Bort's career includes roles as a Software Engineer at Danger, where contributions were made to the T-Mobile Sidekick, and Be, Inc., where work focused on BeOS for media creation. As a Technical Intern at Lucent Technologies Bell Labs, Bort gained experience in low-level features and bug fixes for the Inferno operating system. Bort spent 13 years at Google as a Staff Software Engineer, contributing to various projects including Android, Fuchsia OS, and Google Maps.
