David Cantrell has a diverse background in video production, technical support, and UX research, with experience spanning over two decades. Beginning as a Video Production Intern at NASA Ames Research Center in 2002, Cantrell later worked as a Video Production Assistant at the Computer History Museum until 2005. Following this, a role as a Support Services Specialist at The GDR Group was undertaken from 2009 to 2012, and thereafter, Cantrell joined Northrop Grumman Corporation as Desktop Support, serving until 2009. Transitioning to Intuit, Cantrell held the position of Usability Lab Technical Manager from February 2012 until March 2016. Currently, Cantrell serves as the Global UX Research Labs Manager at Meta, a role commenced in March 2016.
