David Gunter

David Gunter has extensive experience in corporate real estate and facilities management, having held key leadership positions at notable companies. From July 2015 to July 2017, David served as Vice President of Global Facilities Management at McKesson. Subsequently, David held the role of Head of Corporate Real Estate for the Americas at HP from July 2017 to February 2020. From February 2020 to February 2024, David was the VP of Real Estate and Workplace Services at Pinterest, where responsibilities included portfolio strategy, leasing, and facilities management, achieving significant cost reductions through strategic portfolio consolidation. As of February 2024, David is the VP of Global Workplace Services at Meta, further advancing expertise in the field. David's career began with roles at AsiaPac International, Jones Lang LaSalle, and MUFG Americas, culminating in a comprehensive background in project and facilities management. David holds an MBA in International Finance from Santa Clara University's Leavey School of Business.
