David Horowitz is a seasoned professional with a diverse background in data science, economics, and legislative analysis. Currently serving as a Data Scientist at Meta, David established a data science program managing significant annual revenues and guiding junior team members. Prior experience includes roles at Deloitte as a Data Science Manager, where collaboration with the Department of State facilitated data-driven decision-making, and positions at various organizations such as the U.S. Department of State, where support in creating the Special 301 Report was provided.
