David Mihm

David Mihm, Ph.D. is a Senior People Research Scientist at Meta, where responsibilities include leveraging advanced statistical techniques to address business challenges in talent management, developing HR operational dashboards, and improving compliance through automation. Previously, David was a Consulting Intern at IBM, where data analysis and executive presentations were key to client services, and held roles at CFE Arena and metaBUS focused on guest relations and coding for a meta-analytic database, respectively. Educational qualifications include a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Central Florida and a Certificate in Machine Learning from Cornell University.
