David Misler

David Misler is an experienced legal professional with a diverse background in commercial litigation, regulatory enforcement, and federal prosecution. Currently serving as Director, Associate General Counsel at Meta, Misler is part of the North America litigation team. Prior to this role, Misler was General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at BusPatrol and held positions at Tesla, including Associate General Counsel and Managing Counsel, where responsibilities encompassed high-profile commercial litigation and regulatory matters. Misler’s career includes significant experience as an Assistant United States Attorney, focusing on fraud and public corruption, and as a Trial Attorney for the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Earlier experience includes work as an Associate Attorney at DLA Piper, representing various clients in commercial disputes and bankruptcy matters. Misler holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University.
