David Moxom has extensive experience in counter-terrorism policy and strategy, having served as the Policy and Strategy Lead for National Counter Terrorism Policing from December 2016 to January 2019, where responsibilities included developing protective security policies for the UK. Previously, Moxom worked at the UK Ministry of Defence in several roles, including Senior Policy Advisor for military support in counter-terrorism operations and various analytical positions. Additionally, Moxom led sanctions and UN policy developments at the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. Most recently, in March 2024, Moxom took on the role of Content Policy Director at Meta for Strategic Response in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Moxom holds a Master of Science in Environmental Science from Kingston University.
