Debbie Heffernan

Debbie Heffernan possesses extensive experience in sales enablement and productivity across various organizations. Notably, at Scout RFP, a Workday company, Debbie led the development of a comprehensive global revenue onboarding program. At Anaplan, Debbie identified and addressed gaps in the onboarding process for Account Executives, launching a 30/60/90 program that included onboarding applications and sales playbooks. Subsequent roles included Global Sales Enablement at Workday and a leadership position at Mixpanel, followed by the current role as Global Enablement and Training Manager at Meta. Recently appointed as VP of Global Sales Enablement at IDG, Debbie is responsible for integrating organizational strategies and driving transformative enablement programs. Debbie holds a BA in Merchandise and Promotion from the University of Arizona.
