Debbie Shen

Debbie Shen is an accomplished product manager currently working at Meta since July 2022. Previously, Debbie held various leadership positions at Rocksbox from 2014 to June 2022, including Vice President of Member Experience and Product, where responsibilities encompassed product management, retention strategies, NPS, product personalization, and customer lifecycle enhancement. Before Rocksbox, Debbie co-founded Beachbliss, an online retailer specializing in women's swimwear and resort clothing, from 2005 to 2013. Earlier experience includes a role as a Systems Process Assurance Associate at PwC, focusing on evaluating and documenting IT systems controls. Debbie holds a degree from UCLA.
