Deborah Hendersen is an experienced user researcher with a strong background in game development and cognitive psychology. Holding a PhD in Cognitive Psychology from Stanford University and a BA in Psychology from Reed College, Deborah has worked at Microsoft Corporation from 2013 to 2020 in various roles, including Senior User Researcher, where responsibilities included concept-to-live operations support for game titles and developing scalable testing methods for children and narrative usability.
