Declan Watson has a diverse professional background in operations, forecasting, and recruitment, with experience spanning multiple industries. Beginning as a Mastclimber Installer and later in Maintenance Services during university studies, Declan progressed to roles such as Project Manager at Consensio.co and Consultant at Hydrogen Group, where recruitment efforts for Front End Development in the Netherlands were initiated. As a Forecast Analyst at Tilda, Declan developed an extensive S&OP forecasting system and produced annual profit plans for major retailers. Following this, experience as a Process Control Specialist at Amazon involved managing logistics and driving process improvements within a Six Sigma framework. Currently, Declan oversees Channel Operations for Meta's products in mainland Europe, showcasing a strong capability in operations management and data analysis.
