Deepak Palanivelu is a software engineer with a diverse background in software development and engineering. Deepak began a career as a software engineer intern at ImplementHIT, where a web interface for a payment gateway was developed. Additional internships include a role at Salesforce, focusing on the architecture of a distributed application for monitoring system metrics, and a position at AudioCompass, where backend API development for a content management application was undertaken. Following these internships, Deepak worked as a teaching assistant at Santa Clara University School of Engineering Graduate Programs. From July 2018 to March 2022, Deepak contributed to Quip as a software engineer before joining Meta to build ad products.
