Deirdre Donovan

Deirdre Donovan serves as the HR Director and Head of HR for Meta Ireland since June 2021, overseeing HR for Facebook Ireland and Facebook Sales Organizations. Prior experience includes roles as EMEA HRBP Manager at Facebook and Human Resources Business Partner at Diageo Ireland, where key responsibilities involved leading HR initiatives for various manufacturing sites and driving talent management and organizational effectiveness. Deirdre has also held positions focused on HR transformation, continuous improvement, and learning and development throughout their career. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Business Studies with a focus on Human Resources Management and a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies with German and Personnel Management, both from the University of Limerick.
