Dela G. is currently a Partner Solutions Lead for Creators & Media at Meta, leveraging over 12 years of experience in strategy and operations. They previously served as Chief of Staff to the CEO at Fireside and held various leadership roles including Senior Director at BallerTV, where they managed significant business operations. Dela has a history of working in finance and accounting at KKR & Co. and PwC, along with experience in product operations at DraftKings and Google. They also taught agricultural entrepreneurship at the University of Ghana through MIT Global Startup Labs. Dela is pursuing degrees in Accounting and an MBA at Texas A&M University.
