Dena Rezaei

Dena Rezaei, PhD, has extensive experience in consulting, education, and research, with a focus on human resource development and organizational transformation. Dena served as Engagement Manager at Impact Consulting, leading project direction and client interactions. As an Instructor at CSU College of Business, Dena contributed to academic growth, while also engaging in research as a Performance Evaluation Consultant at the University of Colorado Boulder. Dena's consulting experience includes positions at Deloitte and Meta, where responsibilities ranged from change management to leading people service initiatives. Dena holds a PhD in Human Resource Development and has further credentials in Applied Business Analytics and Business Administration from Texas A&M University and MIT.
